Set the Search screen to the Classic Look

When I saw the default search pane in Windows Xp, my instinct was to return to it to its classic look; that puppy had to go, Ofcourse, I later discovered that doggie door is built into the applet.
Click 'change prefrences' then 'Without an animated screen character'. if you rather give it a bare-bones "Windows 2000" looks and feels. Go to Run Command by pressing , Start - Run - and type, REGEDIT and Enter; then,
HKEY_Current_User\Software \ microsoft\Windows\Current Versions\Explorer\Cabinetstate.
